We're not hiring in the traditional sense. We don't post job ads, run assessment centres, or maintain a bench of consultants waiting for work. That's not how we operate.
Our team is built from people we know, trust, and have worked with before. People who've been in the trenches, who understand what it takes to build, scale, and sometimes rescue a business. We bring in specialists when a client needs them, and every person we work with has the autonomy to say no to work that doesn't fit.
That said, the best working relationships often start with a conversation nobody planned. If you've landed here and something resonates (the way we think about consulting, the values we stand behind, the kind of work we do) we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
What we look for
We don't have a checklist. But the people who thrive here tend to share a few things in common:
- Deep expertise in something. Product, technology, operations, finance, organisational design, security. We care less about the domain and more about whether you've done the hard yards.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Our clients are scaling businesses. Nothing is neat. If you need a fully scoped brief before you can add value, this probably isn't the right fit.
- Radical honesty. We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. That requires people who can be direct without being abrasive, and who own their mistakes as readily as their wins.
- A bias for action. We're allergic to over-analysis. If you'd rather ship something imperfect and iterate than spend three months perfecting a slide deck, you'll fit right in.
What we offer
We're not going to pretend this is a normal job. There's no office, no all-hands, no mandatory fun. What there is:
